Programs can be created using traditional alphanumeric input or by directly drawing 2D parts through a simple, integrated graphic editor.
SIMASV Interface CNC software aids the operator by visually displaying the optimal bending sequence, ensuring even less experienced users can achieve top-quality results. It also allows you to import DXF files, including angles and radii information, and supports 3D simulation, including the automatic or manual search for the best bending sequence. A tool editor is also available through templates or DXF import.
The CNC system fully controls the new automatic positioner, available in 1, 2, or 3-meter lengths, enabling fast and precise workpiece positioning with a brushless motor.
SIMASV CNC horizontal press brakes are built with a robust structure and are available in a range of power options: 22, 40, 70, 100, 120, and 150 tons.
Thanks to their innovative design, with the cylinder positioned beneath the work surface and hydraulic adjustment of the carriage movement, these machines offer a spacious, unobstructed work area. This design enables 360° bending capability, allowing the operator to control the process from a front-facing position for enhanced safety and ergonomics.

This special tool allows the operator to measure the angle being formed, providing instant feedback that automatically adjusts for material elasticity.
