The SUPER series of hydraulic horizontal press brakes, invented by SIMASV in 1957, is known for its flexibility, ease of use, and durability.
These press brakes feature a sturdy design and are available in various power capacities: 22, 40, 70, 100, 120, and 150 tons.
Thanks to their unique design, with the cylinder positioned below the work surface and the carriage movement hydraulically adjustable, the work area is spacious and free from obstacles. This allows for 360° bending capability, and the operator can manage the process from a safer, more ergonomic, front-facing position.
A standout feature of the SIMASV SUPER series horizontal press brakes is the micrometric and hydraulic adjustment of the carriage movement, controlled via a hydraulic flow control valve with handwheels at the front of the machine.
This feature allows precise bending adjustments, enabling operators to start production right away without the need for trial runs or material waste, saving time and improving production efficiency.
